  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their token usage through the platform dashboard.

Fees charged for custom AI setup, integrations, onboarding, training, or development services are non-refundable once work has started.

  • Custom AI agent configuration involves resource allocation and technical implementation.
  • Any approved custom work or integrations are considered final once initiated.
  • Customers are encouraged to review all requirements before confirming custom services.

Service Interruptions

While we strive to provide uninterrupted service, temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party outages, or updates.

  • Temporary service interruptions do not qualify for automatic refunds.
