Welcome to AI-Infoshard, a platform by Infoshard Technologies Pvt. Ltd. AI-Infoshard is an AI-powered B2B platform offering Chat Agents, Sales Call Agents, Google Business Analytics, and Social Media Management tools. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform, services, and AI agents. By accessing or using AI-Infoshard, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

By accessing or using AI-Infoshard's platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including businesses and their representatives accessing our B2B AI services.

AI-Infoshard provides the following AI-powered services on a subscription/token basis:

• Chat Agent -Build and deploy multiple AI-powered chatbots for customer engagement.
• Sales Call Agent -AI-based voice agents for automated sales and support calls.
• Google Business Analyst - AI-driven insights and analytics for your Google Business profile.
• Social Media Handler - AI-powered management and automation of social media channels.

Customers may subscribe to one or more services. Each service operates under a shared token-based AI model. Multiple agents can be created under a single subscription within the allocated token limits.

Our platform operates on a token-based consumption model:

• Each AI interaction (chat, call, analysis, or post) consumes tokens from your allocated balance.
• Tokens are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value.
• When your token balance is exhausted, AI agents will pause until tokens are replenished.
• You may purchase additional tokens at any time through your account dashboard.
• Unused tokens do not roll over beyond the plan's validity period unless stated otherwise in your plan.

Users are permitted to create multiple AI agents within their subscribed services. Each agent is subject to the following:

• Agents share the token pool allocated to your account.
• You are responsible for the configuration, training data, and outputs of all agents created under your account.
• AI-Infoshard reserves the right to suspend agents found violating these terms or applicable laws.
• Creating agents that impersonate individuals, spread misinformation, or engage in harmful activities is strictly prohibited.

AI-Infoshard allows customers to train AI agents using their own proprietary data:

• You retain full ownership of the data you upload for training purposes.
• By uploading training data, you grant AI-Infoshard a limited, non-exclusive license to process this data solely for the purpose of training your AI agents.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring your training data does not violate any third-party rights, privacy laws, or regulations.
• AI-Infoshard does not use your training data to train shared or public AI models.
• Training data is stored securely and deleted upon account termination upon request.

We take your data privacy seriously:

• All conversation histories, analytics, and insights generated on the platform are accessible only to your account.
• We do not sell or share your business data or customer interaction data with third parties.
• Data retention policies are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from your end-users for AI interactions conducted through our platform.
• We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR where applicable.

All payments for subscriptions, tokens, and add-ons are governed by the following:

• Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy.
• Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
• Token purchases are final and non-refundable once consumed.
• AI-Infoshard reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days prior notice.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension.

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or conducting phishing activities.
• Generating, distributing, or promoting harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform or its AI systems.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of any party.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All platform technology, AI models, interfaces, branding, and content developed by AI-Infoshard remain the exclusive property of AI-Infoshard. Customers retain ownership of their own data and content. No rights to our underlying technology are transferred through use of the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• AI-Infoshard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of AI-generated outputs. Customers are responsible for reviewing AI responses before acting on them.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for any business losses arising from AI agent downtime, token exhaustion, or service interruptions.

AI-Infoshard strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or discontinue any feature with or without notice.
• Perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily affect service.
• Introduce new pricing tiers, token structures, or service offerings at any time.

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
• AI-Infoshard may terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.
• Upon termination, access to the Platform and all associated agents will cease.
• Data export requests must be made within 30 days of termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. AI-Infoshard operates as a B2B platform and these terms are intended for business entities.

AI-Infoshard reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
